About Us
Care That Feels Like Family, Held To A State Standard.
Love & Care Habilitation LLC was founded by an Arizona family who could not find the kind of support their own son deserved. We built the organization we wished had existed.
Our Story.
In 2016 we started with one family, one authorized Habilitation plan, and a promise that nobody in our care would ever be treated as a case number. Today we support members across Peoria, Glendale, Phoenix and Surprise, in their own homes and in our licensed residences.
What has not changed is the standard. We still sit at kitchen tables with guardians before a single shift is scheduled. We still read every progress note. And we still believe that compliance is simply the written proof of kindness that already happened.

Article 9, HIPAA, clearance cards and CPR renewals are tracked continuously, so a state review is simply a normal Tuesday for us.
Homes, Not Facilities
Our licensed residences are furnished, quiet, and neighborhood-based, with staffing ratios set by each member's authorized service plan.
Staff Who Stay
We pay for training time, cover certification renewals, and keep caseloads humane so the same familiar faces return each week.
