Accessibility

Accessibility Statement.

We support people with disabilities every day, so an inaccessible website would be a contradiction. This page explains what we have built and how to tell us when something falls short.

Our Commitment

We are committed to making this website usable by everyone, including visitors who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings.

Standards We Build Toward

We design and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, including color contrast, keyboard operability, focus visibility, descriptive alternative text and accessible form labels and error messages.

Accessibility Controls On This Site

The control strip at the top of every page lets you turn on a high-contrast theme, increase text size up to 200 percent, reset text size and reduce motion. Your selections are remembered as you move between pages.

Every page also offers a Skip To Main Content link, semantic headings and landmarks, and visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.

Known Limitations

Embedded third-party content, such as the map on our contact page, may not fully meet our accessibility standards. Our office address and driving directions are always available as text so no information depends on the map alone.

Report A Barrier

If any part of this website is difficult to use, please tell us at info@examplecare.org or (555) 555-5555 [placeholder contact details]. Describe the page and what happened, and we will respond and provide the information in another format if needed.
